Destiny has been a subject of greatest investigation and speculation in the Indian Philosophy. All the Philosophers have accepted the theory of the Law of ‘Karma (i.e. action)’ to explain destiny.

Philosophers believe that that all actions (Karma) done with a desire must produce results. It is a common experience to see that virtues suffer and vices flourish. Since action always produces result, therefore, the deeds of virtue in the past have effected
Prosperity in the present and the result of the vices will certainly affect miseries in this life or in the next. The result awaits time for expression.

Destiny is inevitable in results. Man creates his own destiny. It is the product of his imagination which he as an artist portrays on the vast canvass of his life. His prides and prejudices, vanities and vagaries, fears and fantasies incite his imaginations to plan a future he longs and leans to have. Days after days, nights after nights he portrays his hopes and desires. If he goes into a way that is different from the tendency of the life as indicated by time he will be in a difficult way.

Destiny is correlated to time. Time reveals nature. Nature in relation to life shows the destiny. The celestial stars incessantly glide in space helps us to reckon time. The zodiac or the Kalachakra with the stars in it gives the knowledge of time. Man’s ability to peer into the mysteries of destiny or to mould it to his choice is concomitant with his knowledge of destiny and cosmic order on the background of time and space.

The science of the 'Self' is the only scientific Science in the realm of the great Vedic Seer's (R^iShi) who have declared that truth which is self-effulgent is hidden in the 'Guha (Cave of Hearth)'.

Dasha (i.e. Ten) Mahavidyas – ‘Vidya’ means knowledge but in the tradition this word is synonymous with both a ‘Devi (Shakti, i.e. Supreme Power)’ and her ‘Mantra’ form. ‘Mantra’ is divinity in its purest form as sound. ‘Yantra’ is divinity represented as diagram, also called “Yantra is the heart of Devi” and the ‘Dhyana’ or meditation form, is considered to be the grossest representation. But these forms are given as ways of concentrating the mind easily.

Major forms of the goddess are (1st)Kali, (2nd)Tara, (3rd)Tripura Sundari, (4th)Bhuvaneshvari, (5th)Cchinnamasta, (6th)Bhairavi, (7th)Dhumavati, (8th)Bagala, (9th)Matangi, and (10th)Kamala. These ten aspects of ‘Shakti’ are the epitome of the entire creation.

The Kaula’s traditional measures of ‘Time (Kala)’ are ideal or spiritual measures. Adepts of the ‘Kalachakra (Zodiac)’ were well aware of perturbations in planetary cycles, in the year and in the month. Consistent with this view is the concept that people are, like the real solar system, subject to fluctuations, perturbations and inequalities. The periods are based on the numbers 27, 54, 108, 360 and 21600    (i.e. 360degree multiply by 60 minutes), numbers which we find recurring again and again in ‘Kaula-Tantrik’. That which is real is the respiration, say Sanskrit texts. A respiration consists of two halves, an inhalation and an exhalation. The meshing of Time, Astronomy and Breath is the ‘Kalachakra’. ‘Kala’ = ‘Time’, Kalachakra means ‘Wheel of Time’. Relating our own body to cosmology, our earth centre, our physical or planetary body, is sustained by food. Our emotional centre (Soul) is sustained by breath. Our intellectual centre (Moon) is sustained by impressions. Speech is breath modulated by the physical organism in various ways -- depth of breathing, muscle tension, shape of mouth and shape of mental impressions. The goddess or ‘Shakti’ is the whole circle of the Zodiac, Time, the Sun, Moon and Planets, the Constellations, Breath (Prana) and ‘Matrika (Matrix)’.  ‘Matrika Shakti’ rules all letters of the alphabet, all mantra, and all speech. Words are said to have a delusive nature (Mahamaya Matrika) because the word itself, although it may contain a reference to an object is often surrounded by clusters or Kula’s of lesser Shaktis. These lesser Shaktis themselves indicate other references to objects. These Shaktis include what are called 'associations of thought, clusters of sense impressions, connected perhaps by links which are unique to an individual.

The word Yoga has at least five meanings, - 1. Addition, 2. Union or integration, 3. Eternity (with reference to time), 4. Action, 5. The state of Oneness between the seeking self and the ultimate Self.  Yoga is the transformation of the mind complex and its activity. ‘Yoga’ is the process, and the goal is return to the ‘One Absolute’. By power of Goddess Tripurasundari, assault the three cities of woe. The Ajna chakra is situated in between the eyebrows. When kundalini energises this chakra ones thought power becomes tremendous. One can realize the past, present and future. It is called third eye or Rudra's eye or spiritual eye.

Astrology, essentially, is a knowledge of the stars (Astro) and knowledge by the help of the stars. The Encyclopedia of Astrology defines it as – “The science which treats of the influence upon human character of cosmic forces emanating from the celestial bodies. It has been spoken as the soul of Astronomy.  The antiquity places it amongst the earlier records of human learning’s. To those ancient astrologers we owe the modern science of Astronomy. According to the Hindu lore astrology reached its zenith some two hundred thousand years ago and is presumed to have been taught by Manu who had charge of the fourth root race”. Sidereal astrology, known in India as jyotish, is an integral part of the yogic traditions.

• EARTH
 
Vastushastra refers to energy fields that govern the EARTH. These energy fields can provide harmony or disturbed conditions and are believed to flow through structures in a positive or negative manner. These energy fields are also having a direct impact on the lives of those using these spaces.
 
In this context, the position of a plot, the direction it faces, the layout of the ground plan of a building and surrounding geographical features are crucial to the activating on energy fields.
 
As electricity has its electro- stress, similarly these earth energies have their effect, which is termed 'earth-stress' or 'geopathic stress'. These are the result of phenomena emanating from the Earth itself, for it has its own electro magnetic grid. 
 
Through various studies, it has been discovered that in many cases of human illness and disease in animals, plants and tress were related to underground fissures and streams of water emitting energy vertically to the surface. 
 
Unusually high levels of natural electric currents occur where underground water fissures cross at different levels. The earth energies emanate in grids can be taken care of and healthy livable zone can be provided. 
 
• AIR
 
Air is the give of life. Without air we cannot survive. The great spriritual person sages practiced meditation and managed to stay without food and water for long periods, but air was still a must . It is, therefore,but natural that we should pay some more attention to its deteriorating quality before it is too late. 
Air is the most voluminous of all our surrounding and a component of the Five Basic Elements of the Universe. It is composed of a mixture of gases, water vapor, dust particles and other lightweight suspended polluting agents. 
The human being in order to survive breaths this very air which is then, continuously in exchange with the is inside us. And all the admixtures are constantly being diposited on our skin pores there by blocking them and also on our cilia and lung alveoli gradually choking us to death. This kind of achoking system gradually deteriorates our breathing capacity or lung efficiency leading to chronic respiratory ailments. The temperature and humidity level of our insides. 
The question that now arises is how do we control the air quality around us. We need to avoid polluting agents as much as possible so that the air remains free of dust, smoke from combustion of fuel, chemical vapors from synthetic materials and chemical reactions, and electromagnetic radiations from all electrical gadgets that surround us. Ironically, 90% of the electrical pollution indoors is from appliances used for human comfort such as fans, lights air conditioners to modify the internal temperature and humidity.

• WATER
 
Water is another of our basic element, requiring careful study and observation. Nature has its own way of creating the fresh water that we need and depend on, i.e., The rain water cycle. 
 
Today our drinking water supply is treated chemically with chlorine and fluoride. This water travels through metal or plastic pipes to reach our homes, losing energy and getting polluted on the way 'off gassing' from plastic, lead, etc., from pipelines. Itenters the houses already polluted and is 'Non-Biodegradable' when it leaves the house. This quality of water is finally absorbed in earth and ultimately the quality of underground water gets contaminated which gets recirculated, thus, degrading the quality of water and disturbing the 'ECO-BALANCE'.
 
There was always a price to pay and often not only in terms of money, but in loss of personal health and personal energy as well as social and environmental damage.Unfortunately, we become hooked into pollution ever more.

People require to develop an understanding and the ability to respond to ecology in a logical way. The most successful way to fight pollution is to look at the unpleasant truth, right in front of us and raise awareness and the ability to respond and to create living spaces full of vital forces of five elements of life, i.e., Fire, Air, Water, Earth and Space.
 
While laying out plan for the house swimming pools, water ponds, foundations, borewells, pumps, etc. should be planned in North or East or NorthEast.
 
• SPACE 
 
Aristotle defines space as- A container of things- a sort of succession of all- inclusive envelopes, from what is 'within the limits of the sky' to the very smallest, rather like Russian dolls. "Space is, therefore, of necessity, a hollow, limited externally and filled up internally". There is no empty space everything has its position, its plane.
 
Our Vedic Insight provides a beautiful hypothesis of  relationship of  Time (i.e.Kala) and Space. This leads to basic principle of creation. Space is the ultimate substance, which is filled with minutest particles called Paramanu (nucleus). Every paramanu is a minute space possessing energy. It is absolute or abstraction of all visual and aural phenomena of the universe or the ultimate form. The space is luminous, as the particles are always emitting light. This is called foetus or germ, the basic material for the emergence of subtle forms in the micro as well as macro spaces.
 
Every space possesses aunique of experiencing. It is hypersensitive, and super potential. For the experience to take form, the space goes into self-spin 'It vibrates'. The effective force of the space of the space is called Kala, the 'absolute Time'. This happens to be the intrinsic property of space. This is contained in all animate objects of nature. What is actually experienced by the space is vibrated into a from within. This space is sensitive enough to order these vibrations into rhythms and to evolve itself into the desired forms-rhythmically structured & aesthetically alluring. This is its unique quality.
 
Architecture today is so rigid, then the statement of building a house, which was a sacred act and the house was considered a living organism, can only become a matter of discussion. What we need tody is a perfect manifestation of our old heritage, i.e., Vedic Arehitecture (Vastu) and the space which suits today's context, thus, the emergence of Vastutecture as a need.
 
Thus, to make architectural and sufficient thought must be given to the subtle energy fields, grids and zones within and around the forms and buildings which would help the design of spaces to grow as per the energy moulds.
 
The concept of  'Vastu Shastra (energy maifestation)' and Space Creation together as Vastutecture can have enormous impact on our entire outlook on health and healing. Following Vastutecture or Vastu Spaces may not add uears to our life, but definitely, it will add life to ourremaining years.
 
• FIRE
 
Fire is the element that is arguably more unique than any other, for it is not as tangible as any other except space. Fire is neither energy nor matter or present in all the objects as early scientists believed it was, it is there in the form of electrons orbiting the protons and the neutrons that make up all that we know of.
 
Althrough moths and other animals are attracted to fire, only humans know how to use it. Much of our civilization has developed from our application of  fire to transform things, we boil water, cook food, bake clay, meltiron, burn wood into charcoal, etc.
 
Human beings initially knew fire primarily as ameans of destruction. When we learned to control fire and harness its energy, our civilization began to make rapid advances. This dual nature of fire as both a destructive and creative force harnesses the spirit of our intuition.
 
It is the element of strength, force of faith and the power of protection. It is the source of heat and light in our lives without which we would be unable to live. It is associated with power, determination and strength because of its somewhat chaotic and erratic nature.
 
Fire leads us to the purification of our Self and of Nature. It is the inescapable force that draws us unto personal and planetary evolution, actibating the life forces.
 
The vitality of animals and humans has been described as "Internal Fire"  because the mitochondria in our cells derive energy by "burning food" in the presence of oxygen (metabolism).
 
Indeed our body become cool after the flame of life dies out. No flame is eternal, but the phenomenon of fire reappears again and again and whenever the conditions are right for it.
